Pricing & Payment Policy
The cost for our puppies vary litter to litter and depend on many factors to be considered. The usual range is from $2000 to $4500.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE SO PLEASE BE COMMITTED BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT.
PRICING CAN CHANGE LITTER TO LITTER DUE TO PARENTAGE.
We require $500 Deposit to secure a puppy, payable through CashApp, Cash or credit card through Square (+6% tax). Balance will be due upon pick up. Please understand that your deposit is a promise to purchase and is non refundable per our contract. We accept Cash OR Credit Card payments through Square (+6% tax) for final payment .

We are happy to arrange transport. We use a very respected and reputable ground transport service. Puppy flight nanny also available if you prefer air transport.

My handsome little boy! He means the world to me! He saved me from the heartbreak of losing my first life long fur baby, Monkey, who I lost in November. Mogli has a super fun personality and definitely lets everyone know what he’s thinking, or when he wants something. He is my little cuddle bug, and my little adventurer! He LOVES the water! Every time we go out to water my plants he just has to play in the water hose! Then bath time comes around and he absolutely loves the blow dryer!! It seriously makes my day! He lifts my spirits when I’m feeling low and always puts a smile on my face! I take him almost everywhere! He is my car buddy. He loves visiting his cousin (my sisters dog) and his aunt(?) lol, (my moms dog). I constantly get videos of all the pups playing and jumping all over the place. We had a few hiccups at first when trying to potty train, but my smart baby boy is doing SOO good now! He is learning that his crate is not the worst place in the world, although I hope to work up to letting him stay loose in the house while we are away for a couple hours. He sleeps on my pillow, above my head. I wouldn’t have that any other way. He knows the words, “good morning” mean that it’s time to get super excited and happy because we are about to see and play with all of the other pups in the house. He’s a stinker! He has BAD gas! 😂 We think that he is proud of it also! He’s hilarious! He remembers that he is a puppy in Spurts! He will randomly run, and I mean RUN, around the house and bark and bark and bark! It’s too cute and very funny! He’s my little partner in crime! My movie buddy. My sick buddy. My all around good boy! I love my Mogli so much! ❤️

Where do we start? Nessi has completed our pack. She definitely has a special place in her dads heart, and knows just how to get what she wants. Whether you want kisses or not (her brothers included) you will get them. Her rambunctious brothers include her in their horseplay and even tone it down a bit for their tiny sister. In the beginning, she had the potty training backwards and would bark with satisfaction... after the fact. She has gotten it down now, when she is done, she hurries inside for her treat, expecting the same sized treats as her BIG brothers. She is fearless, when it’s time to eat, she will eat a bite out of each of her brothers bowls, until she finds which one works for her. The boys weren’t crazy about this at first, but have adapted and embrace their sisters “pigginess”. She has become very close with Joseph’s 92 year old grandmother, who asks to see her almost every day. She is the most adorable little girl, we are so lucky to have her in our family.

Walter has been the perfect companion for me going through college and the struggles 2020 has brought. He takes care of the puppies at home and makes friends with everyone who comes over. I have never had such an amazing small dog in my life, the way he was raised before I got him was perfect for his transition into my home. He is easy to teach and a wonderful bundle of joy. He is such an incredible joy and blessing to our home. He is of course, so loving and cuddly but is very playful too! He runs in the yard with Sophia and grabs toys and brings them back to us. Plays and barks with his reflection in the mirror.

All of our puppies come fully vetted with all current vaccinations. Babies will have experience with being in a kennel/crate, using grass pads, as well as being raised around other dogs and children. They will also be sent home with a 'baby bag' including your puppy packet (Registry paperwork, contract, bill of sale, insurance informatio

They will also be sent home with a 'baby bag' including your puppy packet (Registry paperwork, contract, bill of sale, insurance information, etc), a blankie or stuffie with mamas scent, a favorite toy, and small bag of the current food they are eating, among other goodies. Most will also be AKC, APRI or CKC registerable, with Pedigrees and Microchip available.
Our puppies are raised under feet in a healthy, loving and versatile environment. We are proud to be able to pre spoil your new fur baby so he or she comes home with lots of love and affection to share
